Other trustee can be your relative or a person who is not your employer

Can have either one or two directors

Director in the company must be fund member

If there are two directors, other Director must be your relative or any other person who is not your employer.

Each member must be a Trustee

Each Trustee must be a member

Member cannot be the employee of another member (unless they are relatives)
